A Link Generations middle school volunteer created this New Years card to celebrate the upcoming 2021 Year of the Ox.
The volunteer’s message: “The Japanese and Chinese zodiac have lucky meanings. I hope this ox card brings luck to you!”
We were so fortunate to have hundreds of volunteers create over 10,000 cards and messages for older adults isolated during the pandemic. Another volunteer photographed the seasons of 2020 and created this video using musician Harley Bird’s song “Seasons.” We hope this inspires you to look ahead to a beautiful new year!
